3. That this portion consist of the Isosceles
triangle, having for its base a line drawn
from the termination of Rochester Row
to the termination of Storr's Gardens, together
with a frustum of a nearly similar &
equal triangle constructed on the same
base, such as shall give the content above-mentioned
exclusive of a breadth of 30
feet on each side of the triangle for Roads,
though, on the unbuilt side, little, if any, space
will it is supposed be requisite for that purpose.
That the whole of the Waste behind Rochester
Row (including the spot of about
half an acre adjacent to the Bridewell) be
also allowed to the Dean & Chapter: except

Out of it be allotted to the Parish or Parishes

of the whole, be granted by the Dean and
Chapter to the Crown, on a lease for 1000 years
(reserving the Manorial rights) for the reception
