power from Lands in Secretary to Wastes &
Commons.

1. Provision for comprising the allotment paid
of Lands of both descriptions on either description jointly — conjunctively
or disjunctively.

2. Provision to enable the Crown to accept if
a lend lease (for example 1000 Years) instead
of the Till

3. Pecuniary compensation mutatis mutandis
as under the existing Act.
4. Occupation immediate: compensation — currency
in case of a disputed till, or disputes
among the parties interested as to the quantum
of their rights lodgeable in the
hands of Trustees, as in case of non-consent
under the existing Act.
5. N.B. Can to be taken that general value of
occupation and payment such as notice
stuck up upon the land be sufficient without
special i.e. provisional notice — on account
of the difficulty there may be in ascertaining
to whom the notice shall be delivered — is the
impossibility of getting at the party by reason
of absence beyond , unwillingness to receive
it of furnish evidence for its being received &c
