In point of forwardness in the state of the plan
is as follows: As instrument adapted for
A deed of appointment, nominating a person as to treat in the

personally known to your Lordship, draw from my
worthy friend the immediate of of supplying
that deficiency, by waiting upon your Lordship
for the purpose of giving any of those explanations
which are more readily satisfactorily obtained
from third persons than from any parties.
