the said line of grounds and the said second

comprized in the said line of Grounds, and adabutting
upon such intended Cricket Ground, or to
any other person or persons whatsoever
or feoffees, to every person, if any, sustaining special
specially damnified by such extinguishment.

And as is hereby enacted and declared
that the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall as soon
after as conveniently — may be after entry made or
by the said Feoffee or Feoffees entry made in and upon the land intended
to be purchased for the purposes of this Act, he
or they shall at their his or their own expence
cause to be enacted put up and [+] shall ever after [+] and he or they and
his or their successors
maintain in good and serviceable condition, good
and sufficient fences throughout along the whole extent of marking out the boundary
line between the land so purchased for the purposes
of this Act and the aforesaid third fourth and
fifth sides of the said intended Cricket Ground.
