shall be to be erected to Sell Convey & Assure such piece or pieces of Ground before described
with the Appurtenances into such Gov.r or
Gov.rs so to be appointed accordg. to the direc—ons of this Act & all such Sales Convey.s &
Assur:s shall be bindg. & effectual in the Law to all intents & p—poses w—soever any
Laws Statutes Usage or Custom to the contrary notwith stg. & all Corport.n &
p— so conveyg. & Assurg. are hereby indemnified for what they shall resp—ly do
by virtue of this Act.
And be it further Enacted — That the s.d Sum of £6,600. the
p—chase Money for the s.d piece or pieces of Gro.d to be paid in pursuance of this bit shall be p.d by the s.d Gov.r or Gov.rs for the
time being to be appointed as afs.d into the Bank of England with the privity of the
Accot.t Gen.l of his s.d Majestys High Co.r of Chancy. to the Credit of the sev.l
Vendors of the s.d piece or pieces of Ground who shall as soon as conveniently may be lay
out the same in the p—chase of Lands Tenem.ts & Here—dits in Ffee Simple to beConveyed
