Conveyed to such uses & to be & for such p—son & p—sons & for such Est. & Est.s &
to for upon & subject to such uses Trust Limitat..ns Rem.rs & Contingencies as
the Lands or Grounds for or in respect thereof such p—chase Money shall be paid as
afs.d shall be limitted settled & assured at the time such Convey.ce & Assur:ce shall
be made in manner afs.d or such as shall be then capable of takg. effect the Charges
of such Convey-ces & Settlemts. to be paid in the same manner as the Expence of
Buildg. on such Gro.d & in the mean time until such p—chase or pcha—ses shall
be made such Money shall be laid out by such Corporat..ns or o.r p—sons for the
time being interested therein in some Governm.t Secur.s in the Names of 2 p—sons
one to be nominated by the party or parties for the time being interested therein
& the o.r by the Gov.r or Gov.rs afs.d & the Int: arisg. from such Secur..s shall be
paid to such p—son or p—sons res—ply as would have been intitled to the Rents &
Profits of the s.d piece of Ground in case the same had not been sold or would for
the time being be entitled to the Rents & profits of such Lands Tenem.ts & Here—ds
so to be purchased in case the same were p—chased & settled as afs.d —

And be it further Enacted that previous to the erectg. &
buildg. such penitenty. House or penitenty. Houses as afs.d (vide back) it shall & may be

such privity as afsd such further Sum of Money as shall be agree upon
