upon any other as proper and convenient spot of Ground situate within any
one or more of the Counties of Middlesex Kent Essex and Surry and to
appoint a feoffee or feoffees for the purpose of purchasing and holding in -"
perpetual succession such spot as should be so fixed upon With powers to enter
upon and take possession of such spot either on Conveyance made thereof from the
Owner or Owners (who for that purpose were thereby enabled to make such,
Conveyance all manner of disabilities notwithstanding) or in default of such
Conveyance on payment of a sufficient sum of money as and for for the purchase
money the quantum thereof in case of disagreement to be a ascertained by the-
