Ownerhip and partly in thesuch state of Waste and Common Landsubject to rights of common in
such proportions as to him or them may appear most proper and
convenient for the said purpose And be it further enacted and
declared that in so far as any spot of Ground so fixed upon as
aforesaid shall happen to consist of Land in the state of Waste and
Common Landsubject to rights of Common solely or of Land partly in separate ownership and
partly in the state of Waste andsubject to rights of Common Land the Feoffee or
Feoffees by the said Act directed to be appointed may treat in the
manner hereinafter mentioned for such Waste or Common Land
with the Lord or Lords of the Manor if any of which such Waste or Common
Land is parcel & the several persons intitled to Common And every Conveyance and Assurance made of any such
Waste or common Land by any such Lord or Lords for the purposes of the said
Act with the consent of the persons intitled to Common or in manner hereinafter directed shall be as binding and effectual in Law as if such Waste or Common
