Determination Functions of the

Sect.7. Functions of Matters to be determined upon by the Commissioner Commissioners
No 1 To settle the As to Lot A., to settle the Share of each Party in the purchase-money.

2. Disposal of To lay out each party's
share in the by purchase of other Land or otherwise, — (determining
if, or by great whether the share of the other parties shall be held independently under the Dean & Chapter —)
and in the meantime by in the purchase of Government
Securities.

3. As to Lot B, to determine whether any and what satisfaction is to
be made by the Dean and Chapter in respect thereof
to the Parishes and the Rector of St John's.

4. As to Lot C — 1. To allott Land for the
new Alm's House — 2. To allott the Rector of St Johns
share of this part in lieu of Tithes. 3. To determine
as between the Dean and Chapter and the United
Parishes, what part, oif any, of this Lot shall respectively be
allotted to him in kind — whether the Parishes
shall hold their part, if any, from under or independently
of the Dean & Chapter — [+] whether by

a a Lease or Rent-charge for
the benefit of the

either event either party shall receive any compensation money
from the other — and, if so how the compensation money

N.B. [1] The powers given to the Commissioners in this
behalf are made as comprehensive as possible, for the
purpose of affording them every possible facility for
meeting the wishes as well as providing for the
interests of the parties, according to the quantity of legal
interest which they have found respectively to possess.
It is has been understood, that the Parishes wish for Land
whereon to build a new Poor House. The
allotment above made of so much this part of the Land, instead of its being
added to the Spot intended separate provided for the Penitentiary Establishment
had chiefly principally in view the meeting of that wish.
