Ground for the said last mentioned purpose in which the said Scholars
may be exempt from the intrusion of such promiscuous and improper
Company will be for the benefit of the said Scholars in Point of
Comfort and good Morals.—
Be it further Enacted that lot B as described in the
Schedule B annexed to this Act containing about eleven Acres more
or less shall be and become the exclusive property of or remain
vested in the said Dean and Chapter and their Successors in fee
Simple discharged of and from all such Commonable Rights as
aforesaid to be held by them the said Dean and Chapter and
their Successors on the special trust and confidence of their permitting
the said Scholars for ever to use and occupy for the aforesaid or any
other lawful sports and exercises the said Allotment or such part or
parts thereof as shall be proper and sufficient for the said purposes in
such manner as shall be consistent with
