such purchases can respectively be made such Monies shall be laid out
in such Government Securities in the names of three or four Persons as
Trustees to be appointed in manner following (that is to say) such Monies
as shall be payable to the said Dean and Chapter singly shall be
invested in the names of four Trustees to be appointed as to two of
them by the said Dean & Chapter and as to the other two of them by
the said Feoffee or Feoffees for the time being ++. And that the Money ++ And that the Money
payable to the use of the
said united Parishes singly
shall be invested in the name
of four Trustees to be appointed
as to two of them by the
Inhabitants of the said united
Parishes in joint Vestry assembled
and as to the other two of them
by the said Feoffee or Feoffees
for the time being
which shall be payable to the use of the said Rector of St. singly shall
be invested in the names of four Trustees to be appointed as to two of them
by the said Rector or Patron for the time being and as to the other two of
them by the said Feoffee or Feoffees for the time being.

And that the monies which shall be payable to the joint use
of any two of the said Parties interested shall be invested in the names
of three Trustees to be appointed one by each of the said two Parties and
the other by the said Feoffee or Feoffees for the time being.

And that the Money (if any) which shall be payable to
the joint use of all three — " — " — of the said Parties shall be invested
in the names of the four Trustees one to be appointed by each of the said
three Parties and the other to be appointed by the Feoffee or Feoffees
for the time being. —

Meetings of the Commissioners
till the business is
concluded. .

And it is hereby further Enacted Directed
and Declared that the said Commissioners or
Arbitrators shall hold their first meeting within 14 days after
Notice given to them by the said Feoffee of Feoffees or their Agent for
the time being to the said Commissioners and also to the other Parties
and on a day and at a Place to be appointed by such Notice
and they shall hold their subsequent meetings on 3 days at least of every
