Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill

the Schedule annexed to this Act) to enter into and upon the said
Poor House or any Part thereof with the Appurtenances and to pull down
the same and apply the material thereof to the Use of him or them the
said Feoffee or Feoffees and to take and use the Scite thereof for the
Purpose of the said Act of the 7 day of July in the Year 1794. —

Feoffees to build a new Poor
house on Lot C. —

And for making satisfaction to the Inhabitants of the said Parishes
of Saint Margaret's and St Johns for the said Poor House And also
to the Poor Persons and Families at present using and occupying the same —
Be it Enacted that as soon as a proper spot for that purpose
shall have been allotted to the said Commissioners or Arbitrators as
hereinbefore mentioned the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall at their own
proper Costs and Charges erect or cause to be erected a fit and Decent
Building or Pile of Buildings for the Reception of the said Poor
Occupiers taking care that the several Lodgings or Tenements provided
therein for the Reception of the said several Poor Occupiers shall
respectively be at least equally as ample and at least equally as well
separated from each other as the several present Lodgings of the same
occupiers in the said existing Poor House And there shall be annexed
to the several Lodgings or Tenements so to be erected outhouses not
inferior in value and Portions of Ground not inferior in Dimensions
to the Outhouses and Portions of Ground at present occupied and
enjoyed with the several Lodgings or Tenements contained in the
said existing Poor House and that when such intended Building
or Pile of Buildings shall have been erected the right of assigning
to the said several Poor Persons and Families their several Lodgings
or Tenements with their said Appurtenances therein and the
Regulation of the same Lodgings and Tenements and the Right
of removal of such Poor Families and choosing others shall (subject
and without prejudice to the Interest if any of the respective
Occupiers for the time being of the said existing Poor House and
