the same Application to be defrayed either by the the Party or Parties
on whose behalf such Application shall have been been made or by any
Agent or Agents of such Party or Parties in such manner and
Proportion as to the said Court in its Discretion shall seem meet.

§. 22.
Chancery to enforce the Execution
of this Act in respect
to the rebuilding the Poor-House
&c.

And be it further enacted that as soon as a
Scite shall have been marked out for the said intended New Poor
House by the said Commissioners or Arbitrators according to the Directions
of this Act And an Award with a Map or Survey descriptive of
such Scite shall have been signed by the said Commissioners or
Arbitrators the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall forthwith proceed to
build the said Poor House and Fence the several Plots of Ground
to be annexed to the same And that if any Person or Persons shall
on any Account be disqualified with the Conduct of the said Feoffee or Feoffees in that
behalf it shall and may be lawful to and for the said High Court
of Chancery on Application made as aforesaid by any Person or Persons
so dissatisfied to make such order upon the Merits of such Application
and the Costs thereof as to the same Court in its Discretion shall
seem meet And in like manner the same Court may and shall
proceed on Application made for enforcing any other obligation or
obligations hereby imposed either on the said Feoffee or Feoffees or on any
other Person or Persons for the purposes of this Act.

§. 23.
Payment of purchase Money
for Lands in severalty may
be made immediately.

And whereas in and by the said Act of the 7th of July
1794 It is provided that in Default of Agreement with the Owners or Proprietors
interested in any Price or Prices of Ground intended to be purchased for the
purposes of that Act Possession should be taken of such Price or Prices of
Ground Notices having been first duly given and payments made
either by Consent or by Verdict of a Jury in manner therein mentioned
And whereas doubts have arisen from what time such Default of
