Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill

of Agreement should be understood to have commenced Be it
therefore enacted that it shall and may be lawful to and for
such Feoffee or Feoffees as soon as he or they shall think fit to make
such Payments into the Bank of England as in and by the same
Act he or they are eventually empowered and directed to make for the
purposes of the same Act and that as soon as the said Feoffee or
Feoffees shall have made such Payments and entered upon any
Price or Prices of Ground for the Purposes of the said Act of the
7th July 1794 All such Persons and Parties as in the same Act
are in that behalf mentioned by the names of "Owners Occupiers and
"Tenants" shall respectively be divested of all Rights and Title Possession
and Claim of or to such Price or Prices of Ground and every Part
thereof, with as full Effect as if Possession thereof had upon the making
of such Entry been delivered to such Feoffee or Feoffees in due Course of
Law Subject nevertheless and without Prejudice to the Rights and
Claims of the same Persons and Parties respectively to have the Value
assessed by a Jury and to have the Difference if any between the
assessed Value and the Money which shall have been paid into the
Bank added to the Money which shall have been paid into the Bank.

§. 24:
Power to Survey Lands
Penalty for resistance as in
case of the Highway Act. —

And be it further enacted that for the purpose of making
Surveys of any Lands to be purchased either under the Powers of this Act
or under the Powers of the Act or said Act of the 7th of July 1794 It shall and
may be lawful for the said Feoffee or Feoffees or the said Commissioners or
Arbitrators and their respective Surveyors or Agents at all seasonable times to
enter into and admeasure any such Lands and also any other Lands
immediately Contiguous thereto or to any Portion of the said Waste
And if any Person or Persons shall resist or make forcible opposition against
