Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill

against any Person or Persons making any such Survey or otherwise
employed in the due Execution of this Act of of the said Act of the
7th July 1794 every such Person so resisting or making
opposition may be proceeded against and shall forfeit and suffer in
the same manner as if such Person had resisted or made forcible
opposition against the said Act of the 13th Year of His Majesty's Reign
for the Amendment and Preservation of the Highways —

§. 25.
Proviso for exchange.

And be it further Enacted that upon special authority
in writing given by the said Lord High Treasurer or Commissioners
of the Treasury to such Feoffee or Feoffees. It shall and may be lawful
to and for such Feoffee or Feoffees to convey and assure any Part or
Parts of any such Land as shall by him or them have been purchased
for the purpose of this and the said former Act (whether such Land
were in separate ownership or in the State of Waste Land subject to
Rights of Common) to any Party or Parties who on his or their
Part shall be willing and able and thereby or by the said former
Act enabled to convey and assign any other Land convenient for the
said Purpose and whether such last mentioned Lands by subject to
the Powers of Compulsion for purchase of every such Conveyance so made
by such Feoffee or Feoffees to be born by him or them respectively. —

§. 26.
Limitation of Actions.

And be it further enacted and declared that the
several Provisions in the said Act of the 7th Day of July 1794 contained
touching the disnitation of the time within which Actions shall Commence
General Issue —
Treble Costs. —
the Pleading of the general Issue and the Allowance of Treble Costs in
the case of Actions for things done in pursuance of this present Act.

And be it further enacted that this Act shall not extend nor be
