Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill —
be deemed or construed to extend to prejudice in any manner the Rights
Title and Interest of the said Dean and Chapter as Lord or Lords of
the Manor Liberty or Franchise within which the said Waste is situate
of in or to ye Seignonis Royalties Rights or Services incident or belonging
to the said Manor Liberty or Franchise (other than and except the Right
of Soil of the Lands, or or Grounds purchased and allotted respectively
under the authority of this Act and such sights of Common as can or
may be claimed by the said Dean and Chapter in right of such their
Lordship and for or in respect whereof such Consideration Monies shall
have been paid and Allotments made by virtue of this Act, and such
rights of way, if any, as shall have been extinguished) under the authority of
this Act) but that the said Dean and Chapter shall at all times and
for ever hereafter hold and enjoy all Royalties Jurisdictions Priviledges Immunities
Advantages and Appurtenances to the said Manor Liberty or
Franchise incident belonging or appertaining in as full force and in
the same manner as if this Act had never been made and that the
Piece or Pieces of Ground to be purchased by the said Feoffee or
Feoffees as aforesaid or conveyed by the said Dean and Chapter to any
other Person or Persons whomsoever under the Provisions of this Act
shall notwithstanding such Conveyance remain and continue to be
held of the said Dean and Chapter and their Successors in right
of their said Manor Liberty or Franchise. —
