The Petition, when received, could
only be received on the Terms contained
in the Petition; and it can
be no Indecency to say, — That
WESTMINSTER-SCHOOL can furnish
no Sanction to the Pretences of a
Couple of Projectors (so we may presume
to call them), which would
not stand the Test of WESTMINSTER-HALL.

according to Form, a Bill was prepared
and presented thereon; — In
