That the Success of the Project
would be just the contrary to what
was delivered concerning it:

And, Lastly, — That the ROYALTothill
Fields

and ILLUSTRIOUS FOUNDRESS providing
and assigning the very Place
where the Youths were to recreate
themselves out of School Hours, had
shewn herself as careful of their
HEALTH and LIBERTY, as of their
STUDIES or their MORALS.

These, tho' in Form somewhat
different, were the Reasons against
the Bill distributed to the Members
of both Houses.
