Clauses in their Favour, as Governors
and Visitors of the School, & of

the best Judges of every thing
that would conduce to its real Honour
and Welfare. —
If a WORK-HOUSE (one of the
best in London or Westminster) stands
in these Gentlemen's Way, they have
Power to remove it, when, where, and
how they please. — If the New Work-house
shall cost more than the Parishes
of St. Margaret and St. John are allowed
for the Old One, — the Parishes
are to pay the Difference. — And if
any Parish or Parishes should become
Sufferers in their Poor Rates, by such
a Variety of Mutations and Depredations, —
the Two Petitioners, their
Representatives and Assigns, are only
answerable for the Deficiency till they
have Houses and Tenants enough to do
