Provided always, and be it further enacted that nothing in this Act
contained shall extend
to compel the Sale of
any ground with a House
or other building bona fide intended for the purposes of habitation upon it
or of any Park, Paddock, Orchard or other Ground inclosed for the immediate
convenience of any House, or of the Offices belonging thereto; or
any ground improved as Pleasure Ground, or planted with Wood: or
any inclosed Ground immediately adjoining to any House, Park, Paddock
Garden, Orchard, Yard or Pleasure Ground, and occupied therewith; or any
ground between any House and any Park, Paddock, Yard, Offices, Garden
Orchard or Pleasure Ground, belonging to such House, and occupied therewith.
And be it further enacted, That if any action or Suit
shall be brought or commenced against any person or Persons
for any Thing done in pursuance of this Act, every
