Radicalism not dangerous
Text - Note (a) ?
In the above article book in question the matter is valuable as it is somewhat desultory
and not free from repetitions. To all those who are free
to choose between a goodbad government and a good bad one, a
regular methodical and all-comprehensive comparison of the
state of the rule of action in the two countries upon on
the several points belonging to the field of constitutional
law, would be a highly an instructive and useful work. Without much
h danger of incorrectness the general result might be
anticipated. In the English Constitution (for though
constitution exists it is necessary on pain of where to
speak of as if such a thing did exist) In the English
Constitution all the good points that can be found
will be found to be those which it has in common
in as far as it has any in common, with the American
United States: all the bad points those which
it are peculiar to itself or which it has in common
with the other European Monarchies. So likewise on
the other hand all the bad points which still remain
for some do still remain in the state of the sale of
in the American will there be seen to be those which sh it
has in common with England
