Radicalism not dangerous

In a word whether treatment of property or treatment of poor
be considered, in every thing/point but the multitude of the lower sacrificed the conduct of the lower orders of the people

would shew to advantage if compared with that
of the possessors of the the like supreme power in other European countries
in general and this of ours in particular.

None of these refinements these cold-blooded and
ever-ending refinements of barbarity and rapacity,
which have been observed and carried into effect by
English monarchs by the indiscriminality of their ever

enemies no worse treated than foreign enemies invaders commonly are would have
