Radicalism not dangerous
Ireland
1. Bill &c recapitulated
Compared with
triannuality, annuality
not deemed to
important as to preclude
acceptance of
trinniality if with
secrecy, equality
and housholdership
But in favour of it
no reason could be
found
4. As compared with annually triannuality of suffrage I
annuality of suffrage did not point itself to me as
being of that importance that should prevent me
in the supposition of its depending upon myself from
giving acceptance to it accepting of it surrounding it on condition of obtaining
triannuality with secrecy of equality of suffrage suffrage, and
housholder suffrage. But I no if asked for
a reason I am no more able to give you what appears
to me a reason in favour of it in preference to
annuality than I am to give what appears to me
a reason favour of housholder suffrage in preference
to virtually universal suffrage.

Precedents for annuality:

alledged inconvenience in any shape
In support place of it I see nothing but the epithet
moderate which by those who adhere to it
insist upon bestowing on it.

is, without

an abusive system of representation
to which it
applies no corruption
And as for any effect produced by When proposed it seems comments to be
proposed without the addition of either seeing if to pass virtual universality
of suffrage or so usual as practical equally of suffrage.
and in these terms I see not any effect good or
bad that can be produced by it except by giving additional
