In regard to the proportional number of views the principle
being universal suffrage, let in in the first place suppose
for the numbers of the intended sharers take the whole in Great Britain members of the inhabitants
of Great B the three kingdoms: this done by this same number but let
us shall divide the whole number of acres in thethese same three
kingdoms.
