Result as to subversion
of property &c
actual none in either
case: under parl.
reform, danger still
less than under democratic
ascendency,
as established by
Irish association.
With regard to subversion of property disturbance in every
imaginable shape — what is the consequence? That under
democratic ascendency as mentioned in the case in question by the free association
system, how so ever small so ever was the danger of evil in any such
shape — I say (the danger it must be said — since
actual evil in that or any other shape there was none)
under democratic ascendency as it would be established
then have been established and would at any time be established
by radical parliamentary reform, the danger
if any, would have been and would be still less.
