Radicalism is dangerous to none: to all the means
of and the only means. From Despotism is the danger
and the only danger. To those who a on whom
it is exercised it is already more not only dangerous
but more than dangerous: it is productive of intense
suffering and that suffering continually on the encrease
To those by whom it is exercised, to these and
these alone is it simply dangerous, and as yet
no more than dangerous. Despotism "dangerous to
itself
. this then might would/will form a counter the title of
a warning discourse, voice and is destined so to do, and
and perseverance continue from this same hand: if
not, as the function is here bequeathed as a legacy
some apter hand.
