there be any exception would not is not be worth considering
happ But of every one person suppose one exception — one
person who by who on all occasions or on many occasions, the universal
interest of the community would be preferred or his
own personal or to any other comparatively narrow interest,
in the practical conclusion there would be the not be any
difference.
