(2) Ætiology

They did in Ireland what in all places and at all
times all men who have possession of political power will
in so far as they are able in so far as they are in possession
of correspondent physical power do in relation to
that power; the reject no matters whatever that whatever that in
their view promise afford a promise of either securing it
against diminution, or giving to it encrease. They did
at that time by the people of Ireland in the confederate disputes of
Germany Europe do m did so lately by the people from whom
they had received Intention in return for promises
which from the nature of things were could not have been
made with any other intention than that of violating them.
In concert with the Whigs of England those Whigs of
Ireland acted the part which the Whigs of England have
always acted and will always continue to act so
long as men are men so long as Whigs are Whigs.
