In our Court Judicatory alone — the Court of Chancery — seven and twenty millions of
other men's money constantly in the hands of the harpies of the
law. Is not that Those same subversion of the These same rights of property
is this that in subversion of them? there is not that subversion
enough? Where is the any such subversion to be found
in any of the United States? how much of it would remain,
if radicalism had what it seeks — if, with Monarch and Lords remaining as they are if democratic ascendency
had place? democratic democracy had having that ascendency what
without which the greatest happiness of the greatest number
is impossible.
