On the points in question the state of things more
closely apposite to that which in the United Kingdom are
at present proposed by radical reform. Democratic
ascenden The form of Government the very government
in question — the government of this United Kingdom.
The form of government consequently accordingly individually the same. The
state of things in respect of the influence proposed to be
given to the people the same, naming Democratic ascendency.
