As peace can not
be maintained without
decrease of the
corruptive mass
much less can
ever be made for
addition to it:
no, nor for defence of
a distant dependency,
nor for
support to continental
disposition.
As therefore even the peace establishment can not be carried on
without a decrease in the quantity of the corruptivity operating neither
much less can any new war be on any account engaged
in. Not even for the subduing fastening of the yoke upon the neck of any distant dependency
should any such distant dependency set about throwing off the that
mutually galling yoke: no, not even nor even for assisting helping to rival any
the yoke of despotism upon any the necks of all or any of the continental
nations.
