consequence, if there should be any cases
where acts in which usually or denominated they cons have
not detract that affect, they shall not
be deemed reckoned as offences; 3dly That where
they are offences he do not insist on that
score alone on their being reputed greater
than the other, nor punished more severly:
fourthly; that this is now a mere speculation Ideal distinction,
obliterated (if ever by there in question have
a separate existence it did exist) by as to
all practical conclusions by the improved System
of [Political] Society.
OFFENCES RADICAL & EXCRETITIOUS.
Offences may be divided into originalRadical being such as are immediately
rooted in the uncultivatedSoil of Human Nature & have parasitical derivative, such as like those vegetables which Botanists have & Spring out
of those ascititious. very expedient which have been planted by the Land of Power
to meliorate & improve it: [like those vegetables which Botanists term
