Of Punishments

§ I Division of Punishments (a)

The punishments herein-after may be distributed Punishments
divided

into classes. 1. Capital. 2. Afflictive. 3. Indelibly. 4. Ignominious.
5. Chronical Penitentiary or Quasi-parental. 6. Chronical 67 . Simply
restrictive. 78. Simply compulsive. 89. Pecuniary 910. Quasi-
pecuniary. 10. Characteristic
