Of Punishments
sign shall may serve alone if the offender be by that means
the offender's attention can be engaged.
All persons who are present when the
sign or word of banishment are is given, are
bound to forward it do what depends on them forthwith towards forwarding
of the same to the notice of the offender.
Let the Judge at the time when he
sentences an offender to be banished from
the presence of any person draw up a
particular set of orders regulati conformable to the ends
above pointed out and adapted to the particular
circumstances of the offender.
Of the punishment of being called to account
for one's whole fortune.

This punishment may be applied whensoever
a man has been convicted of having any infamous
committed offence committed for the
sake of lucre.

The effect is that the offender shall is to be
examined concerning the amount of all that
he possesses, and concerning the means whereby
he got it: and if it appears that he got over and above any part of it was gotten by illegal
means
