Execution of Punishments
6. In this attached condition he shall be kept for
not less than 1/4 of an hour nor more than an
hour at the discretion of the Court.
y. Over his head shall be an inscription with
to this effect
"For Rebellion against Justice
"By striking [&c as the case is] a Judge
"in the execution of his office.
"The Law is every man's best friend
"The Judge is the living instrument of the Law."

In case of Personal Insults, Insulting Threats,
Verbal Abuse and Defamation the manner in
which persons who were witnesses to the injury
shall be made acquainted with the punishment
is as follows.
1. The Court upon petition of the per party
injured shall grant copies of the sentence in
such number as it shall think proper, to be
directed and sent by the party injured to what persons
he thinks proper; subjoining proper notice of the
time when the sentence is to be executed to the
intent that the such persons may see if executed
if they think proper.
