Punishments,
2. Such copies shall may be written or printed
according to the number granted.
3. A certain sum should be allow'd to the
party injured at the cost of the offender for
the expence of circulation.
4.If the party injured choose to circulate
more copies than what are allow'd, he may
do so at his own expence.
No capital punishment, or punishment imparting
irreparable personal damage shall be executed

In the following cases the punishment may be executed
on or over the spot where the crime was committed.
Corporal Punishments may be executed. 1. at the ordinary place
of execution. 2. or on or over the spot where the crime was
committed. 3. at or near the dwelling of the party
injured. 4. In the Court itself. 5. Any where else
where it may best answer the purpose of example
saving private property unless upon indemnification.
