1. Jacob Sewers, a Livonian at that time a (1777)
a colonel in the Russian Service. Ao. 1780 Governor
General of one of the Provinces, it does not appear
which, containing within it three sub-Governments,
having with each it's Governor.

2. – Ferson Baron and Landrath a Livonian.

3. – Bemern – Ao. 1777 or 1780, or at both
times, President of the Chief College of justice:
a Prussian.

4. – Liewenhaupt, a Livonian.

Informant, Mr Lohmen, first Cousin by the
mother's side, of the said Jacob Sewers.
