Here would be a place to answer any thing which
Administration should think required an answer
in any of the other papers.

Also in any of the speeches of the opposition in either house, if
any thing should occur upon recollection which
did not occur upon the spot.

An every-other-day paper would hardly be sufficient:
particularly it would not answer the purpose
of conveying early intelligence, which would
be one main support the paper would have to trust
to for admin to give it's circulation. Daily papers
travel very little into the country. Qn.
therefore would it not therefore be necessary, or at least
advisable to have two papers, an every-other-day
and a daily? The trouble would be by no means
double, since the intelligence &c in the one might
in great measure be copied in the other.

Particular attention should be paid to all City
proceedings. Minutes given taken of the speeches,
and the extravagances of the Patriots exposed.
N.B. Ald. C. might very likely of service here.

The Paper would inevitably get the character of
a Ministerial paper: this is no more than must
be expected. It would be the inevitable consequence
even of the strictest impartiality: for all this, there
seems no reason to doubt but that by an abatement
of the price added to the advantages of early &
authentic
