cheaper way. For one man that reads a pamphlet,
even the most popular pamphlet, there are ten that read a
Newspaper: even the least popular Newspaper.

news-paper might be alledged as a proof of the
attention paid by Adm:n to the sentiments of the
people. The observation too wold come naturally
from the Manager, as if made with a view to
prest the Paper.
