Dealers in Horses to Boil Down shall down shall make out
the description in like manrner as other Dealers in Horses
which said desriptions shall be compared to the Horses intended
to be Slaughtered by a Person belonging to the Police office
who shall Countersign the same charging 2s Duty including
the s1 Received of the Seller by Dealer Notice of Hours shall
be given to the Office previous to the Slaughtering any Horses
under Penalty of

P.S Though s1 each from Slaughtered Horses would pay
Officers for Survey &c &c.
