may appoint shall take an Account of the Names of the Seller
and Ages Marks &c. of the Horses &c that are Sold at that
Public Auction and shall return that List to the Inspector
of that Parish (where the said Sale shall be) the Day after
the Sale that the Said Inspector may register the same –
The Auctioneer &c not sending such account as specified
to be fined the sum of £ and the Inspector not registering
the same to be fined the sum of £

28 That the Office in London shall appoint proper persons for
the Inspector for Slaughtering Houses.

29 Any Person or Persons &c who make a common Practice
of Purchasing at Fairs &c Horses &c as if for their own use &
Selling them again shall be considered as Horse Dealers and
pay the Penalties &c as such.
