either taught or practiced with success in the above
or any other ways in the system of Industry Houses
would of course its way spread itself in the way of example
through the country at large, and would spread itself that
to a degree of extent and with a degree of rapidity proportioned to the
number of points it had thus to issue from. Each Industry,
besides being a source of useful information
would be a of pattern and such a sort of School of instruction in the several lines
abovementioned without whether there were or were not any
steps measures to be taken with the express design of adapting
it to that purpose. Measures that might be taken
for the purpose of augmenting the influence of the system
in that character. 1. Admitting non-adults and others
pesons among the self-maintaining Poor to be present
at the instructions given to the Apprentice Stock – This
