Dear Sir Charles

Tomorrow being the weekly
Committee day I will lay Mr Bentham's
printed paper before them with directions
to the Governor & Clerk to fill the
blanks to the best of their abilities,
but it seems to me so minute that
it will be impossible to make an accurate
return either in Parishes or in Houses
of Industry: in the former nobody keeps
any accounts of the numbers under
the different heads for any time past,
and would find some difficulty in
ascertaining them at any present given
time, and in Houses of Industry they
