That, if required for the purpose of making good the
contents of this his Petition, Your Petitioner will attend the
Honourable Bench, of course: but that Your Petitioner
does not, on his own account, request permission for
such attendance, the facts abovementioned not being having been any if
there within the his own personal immediate knowledge (nor he
having ever had any personal interview with the said Mr Fonblanque
or his said Clerk) but solely in his cognizance within the immediate knowledge of the said
Mr Koe, who, of course if thereto required would give his attendance for
Your Petitioner, at the Honourable Bench: and that Your
Petitioner humbly consents to submit humbly will respectfully submitt to any such Order or Orders
as the Honourable Bench, upon consideration of the premises
after such enquiries as shall have been deemed proper,
shall be pleased to make.
