3. Pauper Management improved: viz. by an application
of the Panopticon principle. Ao 1797, first published in Young's

4. Two Letters to L<hi rend="superscript">d Pelham</hi>: to which are added in which the together with
followed by Plea for the Constitution: &c. in which the Panopticon Penitentiary
System and the Penal Colonization System are compared. 8vo.
