In regard to such part of the Table IV as regards the
Principles of the New Instruction System, though of the
matter itself, no par worth mentioning belongs to the Author
of this address the author of the other parts but nor to any person than those
whose title to it has been stands seditiously acknowledged by a perpetual
chain of reference, yet, in respect of the arrangement,
it is certain which is altogether new and the compression which is so close it will it is hoped
be found upon the whole so convenient, that the for the labour which
it cost, and which has been of which the quantity has been not in direct, but in the inverse ratio of the quantity
of the matter thus produced in the shape, the prospect hope of
having the funds to its being found to have added a to so sick a
and thereby to hae given encrease to the efficiency a proportionable sum
encrease, has operated in no small degree in the way
of encouragement has afforded no inconsiderable encrease

derivable from it, that even were this the only useto which it were its only use
found applicable, the labour here bestowed upon it
would not it is hoped be regarded as having been
altogether unprofitably bestowed.
