exceeding in any item the sum of Two Pounds.

3. Any Motion which shall not altogether affect
the funds of the Institution to a greater extent
than the sum of Five Pounds.

5. On the Monday evening preceding every Quarterly
General Meeting of the Members the quarterly Report
shall be laid before the Committee, who shall be
specially summoned for the purpose of taking it
into consideration.

6. On the first Meeting of the Committee after every
General Meeting, the Minutes of the General Meeting
shall be read.

7. At the first Meeting of the Committee after each of
the Quarterly General Meetings in March & September
there shall be laid before them, in addition to the
Documents required by the 50th section of the Rates and
Orders of a full and clear account of the financial
affairs of the Institution, specifying the amount of
all unpaid bills and engagements for which the
Institution may be responsible.

8. In the engagement of any Lecturer, Teacher or
other Person in conformity with the 40th, 42nd, 43rd &
44th sections of the Rates and Orders, the period of
engagement, the particulars of Diagrams, Apparatus
and Materials required, so far as the circumstances
of the subject will admit, and the amount of remuneration
for services shall be specifically stated in writing
designed by the Lecturer Teacher or by some person
