9. Furnishing grounds for calculation, respecting the rate
of mortality
, with a view to the purchase of life annuities,lb/> and post obit provision for relatives: thereby
enabling each proprietor to employ his money
to most advantage, whether for his own benefit,
or for the benefit of any persons dear to him: and
this without sensation of loss to any one else.

causes: thus whether it had for its own design or
or negligence, giving publicity to the fact with its several
material circumstances, with a view to legal
pursuit; and by maximizing its probability
of detrition minimize the of the offence.
