premis or any part thereof to any person whatsoever
whomsoever without ye consent of ye sd J Bentham
his Exors or Admors first obtained in writing, or without
like permission use or suffer any other person to use ye sd premis for any purpose other
than that for which thee are now employed unless the
renewal of y licences granted by ye Magistrates for ye City & Libr of Westr to ye sd Haigh
shall at any time have been refused.
3. That in such Lean so to be granted as afsd shall be
inserted together with ye Covenants above specified such
other Covenants as are usually inserted in Leans of
such like premis. And in ye mean time & untill
such Lean shall be granted it is hereby agreed that
ye sd Thos. Haigh his Exors or Admors or Atrs shall continue
in possession of ye sd premis upon ye terms and conditions
hereinmentioned. And lastly it is agreed yt ye sd
Thomas Haigh his Exors or Admors or Atrs shall in like
manner at ye costs & charges of ye sd J Bentham
his Exors or Admors upon like demand in his or
their parts accept such Lean fro him or them
as aforesaid.
