Persons holding Offices in
the Superior Courts shall
render to the Commissioners
under this Act an account
of their Receipts for
the last Ten years

Commissioners may examine
the legality &c of the Fees
upon Oath

Shall ascertain the value of
all such Offices according to
an average of the last Ten
years

Shall certify the value to
the Treasury

The present Fees to be paid
until altered
